How to fix WordPress Post title showing vertically in Dashboard I will show you how to fix WordPress problem of title of posts  in the WordPress backend  showing in a downward line of one character per line. The Post Titles tend to appear in a vertical format, one character per line making dashboard terribly wrong and  hard to locate your posts. Its something which made me waste almost two weeks thinking it was plugins issue and it was not, I even updated the WordPress version but to no use. Below is a screenshot of the situation i was in ;  (You can click on image to see full image screenshot) SOLUTION What i did was simple. 1. When your in WordPress dashboard, click on “Screen Options” on the top right wordpress screen options location   2. Screen options will display some options, Tick off some options  . In my case i ticked of “AIOSEO Details”  which is loaded by  All in One Plugin. when i ticked off this, it created space for the post titles to stretch which were appearing vertical and the titles are fine now screen optionsOther options in screen options you can tick off include Tags, Author, Categories, date, Stats , etc, depending on Plugins you have in your website. The vertical post titles to appear vertical, collapsed or distorted is because the column space is not enough. ticking off some options will solve that. Some people try to  adjust the column width of the Post titles but this is not possible. You can adjust column width in WordPress dashboard by ticking off some features  in the screen options. If your having a problem with your WordPress not showing all the posts as you want yet you have enabled it, this article will help you how to fix it.

Recently I wanted to show 20 posts on my WordPress side bar , but for some reason the widget would load only 4 instead of  20. To some people WordPress shows 3 posts instead of showing the number of specified posts they want.

I will show you how to fix this and this is usually a glitch in some WordPress themes

Let me assume you tried to adjust Theme settings,  Or  settings on your  “blog” page  and your sure your  blog posts are set to “Published” status. If all these are set well, then it means your blog setting maximum is 9

If you have tried to load 10 or 15 posts but your  website is still loading  4 or 3 posts, then it means you can’t exceed 9.

Your theme setting might be allowing values between 0 – 9. Anything beyond 9, your theme instead loads default 3 or 4 posts.

So the solution is putting it to 9.

Why does my wordpress blog page only show 4 blogs
