Hallo, am failing to sign up on Paypal, cant get sms code to get started on Paypal, please admin, help

Hi, sometimes might be a problem with your phone, try removing the line and use another phone.
Make sure your line has some airtime like 500 Uganda shillings
If all fails, create paypal account in Uganda using an email signup link

Code will be sent to email instead of phone number
