Hallo, am from Ntinda Uganda, Created account but it doesnt show balance, i initiated withdraw from my Game App and they told me money was sent but i cant see the money

Hi, if your paypal account doesn't show balance, it means it cant receive. not all accounts can receive. u need one which can receive and u can confirm it does receive if it has Pay and get paid on the menu. i believe yours has only Send.

For online Paypal games, will ask friends because i dont play games, unless someone here can advise on that who plays games which pay to Paypal
