Back in February 2025, I came across Krazy Klean while researching non-chemical, eco-friendly solutions to prevent toilet stains and reduce the constant scrubbing. The product looked promising — a set of mineral magnets claimed to reduce lime, calcium, and hard water deposits by altering the structure of minerals in the water.
So, I decided to give it a fair try and ordered three Krazy Klean magnets — one for each of my toilets. When they arrived, I followed all the instructions exactly:
-
I thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned both the toilet bowls and tanks.
-
I carefully placed the magnets inside the tank, as recommended.
-
I waited, hoping these small devices would help reduce buildup and make cleaning easier.
Fast forward two months, and I’ve honestly been disappointed. While the initial week or two seemed okay, mineral rings and discoloration have now started to appear again — exactly the kind of buildup I was trying to prevent. The idea that I could “stop scrubbing forever” didn’t hold true in my case.
Poor Customer Support
Worse than the underwhelming performance, though, has been the lack of customer support. I sent an email to Krazy Klean over three weeks ago (21+ days) to share my results and request clarification. No response. Not even a generic acknowledgment.
I also tried reaching out via their Facebook page, but again — silence. Interestingly, a friend of mine decided to inquire about purchasing Krazy Klean (posing as a new customer), and they received a prompt reply within hours. This clearly shows that customer service is only attentive when there’s a sale involved, not when existing customers are asking for help or refunds.
Bottom Line
If you’re considering Krazy Klean to reduce toilet maintenance and expect a magical solution that eliminates the need for scrubbing, be aware: you’ll still get rings, buildup, and discoloration, especially if your water is hard or mineral-rich.
On top of that, don’t expect much help if you run into problems. I’m now seriously considering contacting my credit card company for a chargeback, because after following the instructions, giving it time, and trying to reach out for support — I’ve gotten no real results and no communication.
While Krazy Klean might work for some, my personal experience shows that it’s not a guaranteed solution — and the customer service, at least in my case, was nonexistent.
